Do You Know What the "Non-GMO Project" Label Means?

There have been many questions and inconsistencies in the understanding of the "Non-GMO Project" We need to be 'AWARE' and be 'IN THE KNOW' of labeling and exclusions.

The “Non-GMO Project” label only verifies that a product doesn’t contain genetically modified (GMO) ingredients (or technically less than 0.9% GMOs). While that is good, it’s not the whole story about what the product contains, how it was produced, and where it came from.
View the Chart below to compare 'Organic or Certified Organic' vs 'Non GMO'.

I personally will pick "Organic or Certified Organic" above just a "Non GMO" label. The more I research, the more I realize this is very important for all of us to be aware of.
