Essential oils are a vital key - not Febreze - inhaling chemicals - which might temporarily smell good, however, it is NOT GOOD!

Incorporating Essential Oils into your home and office is extremely effective in helping calm the mind, nerves, and body. There are so many oils - for so many reasons.

Take a look around your office and home. How can you incorporate the essential oils, background soothing music or sounds, do 5-minute quick mediations, and smile more often, even if it is "just because"? We all know that certain smells make us feel better than others. Surround yourself with what makes you feel good and is helpful in your health as well.

Another quick note: When possible it is best to use "Organic" Essential Oils. If they are not organic there is the possibility that you are inhaling pesticides.

Once you start using essential oils for your surroundings you may find more peace and harmony, and that - ahhh feeling, as well as taking more deep breaths.
